Is this service covered by my insurance?
Answer: Sometimes. If you are on Medicaid part D and meet certain conditions, some insurance’s will pay. We currently do not take insurance.
What if I am currently taking many medications and I have concerns about their safety?
Answer: This is the main reason patients want our service. There are thousands of drugs, herbal products and even foods that interact with each other and patients are not aware of these, and want to know.
What if I would like to decrease the number of medications I am taking, are there alternatives?
Answer: Yes, our pharmacists are clinical nutritionists and naturopaths who understand that many diseases are responsive to even small changes to diet and exercise, and we will provide this information, along with information about nutritional products and vitamins, if you desire. However, we do not take the place of your medical doctor who should be consulted with any changes you may want to make.
