Initial Inquiry
Initial questions are most efficiently handled through
e-mail. Inquiry questions will be answered within 24 hours. Please see our FAQ
section for additional information regarding our program.
Initial Appointment Made By Telephone
Upon making an appointment, a credit card is taken to secure
appointment time. By giving us your card number you authorize us to charge your
account by the agreed upon amount.
Initial appointments last approximately 1¼ hours.
Follow-up appointments last approximately ½ hour.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes people have to cancel. However,
time is valuable for everyone and we appreciate you contacting us to let us
know you will not make your appointment.
For a Full Refund, cancellations must be made 24
hours before appointment time.
Cancellations made 8-23 hours before will be charged 50% of
the full amount of an appointment.
Cancellations made less than 8 hours before appointment will
be charged the full appointment rate.
Please write down your cancellation confirmation number to
reference, should a discrepancy arise.
Rates
Initial appointment is $300. This includes a 30-minute
follow-up consultation to monitor progress.
Follow-up appointments are $300/hour; $150/half-hour
