  1. DOES DR LYNN LAFFERTY SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?

By Your use of this Website, You authorize Dr Lynn Lafferty to use and disclose any new or modified information that You provide in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and You agree that the Company is under no obligation to delete or modify information that You have previously chosen to provide to the Company. In order to function, the opt-out add-on must be able to load and execute properly on Your browser.

  1. Purchases. Dr Lynn Lafferty uses Stripe and PayPal to service payments for the Company’s products and services. At no time is Your banking information passed to the Website from Stripe or PayPal. The Company receives only information used for order fulfillment.

  1. Online Workshops. Dr Lynn Lafferty hosts regular online events (“Workshops”). If You register for one or more of these Workshops, You will be asked to enter Personal Data into either the Company’s Website or a third party website, such as Eventbrite, for processing this transaction. Any payments made will be processed by Chase if tickets are purchased through the Company’s Website or, if You purchase tickets through a third party website such as Eventbrite, through PayPal or any other method of payment they may use. Information regarding Your purchase may be transmitted or stored by third party partners and may be maintained in customer relationship management (“CRM”) software used by such third party partners. The Company communicate with Workshop attendees via e-mail through Outlook or a third party service provider, such as Mailchimp, which may store the product You purchased and Your personal contact information on their servers.

  1. Surveys. Periodically, the Company may invite You to complete a voluntary survey. All surveys are completed through or hosted on the Website or the website of a third party, such as Survey Monkey. Some surveys may only be accessed through the third party’s login account. This is so Dr Lynn Lafferty can (i) conduct research in the areas of measurement system analysis and artificial intelligence; and (ii) to provide enhanced, data-driven products and services for the Company’s customers and the medical community. Dr Lynn Lafferty requires Users to log in for data validity and quality assurance. All data submitted through Survey Monkey may be stored on their servers and is subject to their website privacy policy.

Webinars. From time to time, Dr Lynn Lafferty will host webinars, which are hosted through third parties, such as Zoom. If You elect to participate in a webinar, You will be required to submit personal information to register and log in. You may also receive e-mail communications regarding reminders and playback availability. All information submitted for Your participation is stored by the software hosting the webinar. Please consult their individual privacy policies.

  1. NON-IDENTIFIABLE DATA

When You interact with the Company through the Website, the Company receives and stores certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify You. The Company may store such information, or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by the Company’s affiliates, agents, or service providers. The Website may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to the Website, the number of visitors to each page of the Website, and the domain names of the Company’s visitors’ Internet service providers. No Personal Data is available or used in this process.

You have the right to request that the Company delete Your Personal Data, with the exceptions delineated in the CCPA.
